The Joiners Jukebox!

5,000 top tracks - spanning 70 years - and any 5 you want for £1!! From the Beverly Sisters to Blondie, or Hot Chocolate to Hot Chip (there's a recipe in there somewhere). From Aersomith to Ambient, and Calvin Harris to the Carpenters - that's enough comparisons. But you get the gist. Choose the mood, choose the tracks, ask the staff to hit the volume button - and go for it. You can even make suggestions and we can upload requests - so you always get your favourite track, with your favourite drink in your favourite pub. Hurrah!

The Liar Liar Club

We always felt Saturdays were lacking a certain something, and then along came Danny. Steeped in the swinging sixties, the Liar Liar Club on a Saturday nights brings a DJ set of ska, psychedelia, mod and some funky R & B - carefully blended with the bands that defined the decade. The Small Faces, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, Manfred Mann - all the stuff you missed at the time but know all the words to now! Add a few stompers from the likes of Bowie, Morrissey and The Ramones to spice it up - what more can we say. Groovy???

Open Mic Night

Camberwell is awash with talent. The Arts college turns out the artists of the future, Kings College trains some of our finest medical minds - and the Joiners Arms does its damnedest to showcase the very best in local musical talent. As the ex-watering hole of Florence (before she built her Machine!), we know it's our duty to keep live music alive - and Thursdays are when it happens. Bring your guitar, your keyboard, your didgeridoo or your comb and paper - we really don't care. If you've got talent, enthusiasm and a love of performing, come along and show us what you're made of. Did I mention the talent scout over by the settee??????

Until midnight during the week, and until late on Fridays and Saturdays, it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing. And it means a whole lot more when you don't have to pay to get in!
